Yes. Stripe is built in. Your client gets a payment link on their invoice and pays by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. You keep 100% of the invoice amount — the 2.9% + $0.30 Stripe fee plus a 1% Tradevoice fee is added to the client's total and shown clearly on the invoice before they pay.
No contract. Month-to-month on all plans. Cancel any time from your account settings. Annual plans are billed upfront and save 25% (essentially 3 months free), but are non-refundable after 30 days.
No. All payment processing goes through Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. Tradevoice never sees or stores your clients' card numbers.
Tradevoice ships with default state-level sales-tax rates for all 50 states plus contractor-labor rules for the states where labor is taxable (Texas, Kansas, Mississippi, etc.). The defaults are refreshed weekly from each state's official tax-authority page. You can override any rate in Settings → Tax Rates. Final tax responsibility is always yours — see our Terms of Service.
Yes. Upload your logo in Settings → Profile and it appears on every quote and invoice your clients receive. You can also choose your own accent color to match your brand.
The difference is the number of trades you can add to your account. Solo supports 1 trade (like Plumber only). Pro supports up to 3. Elite gives you access to all 56+ trades — every construction and service trade we cover — and includes 2 tech seats so your first two employees ride free. All plans include every feature.
QuickBooks integration is planned for a future release. Our invoice structure is already aligned with QuickBooks' 7-status system so the import will be clean when it launches. For now, you can export invoices as PDFs.
TradeVoice ships with default state-level sales-tax rates for all 50 states and reasonable starting rules for contractor labor, prefilled on every invoice and quote. You stay in control — override any rate per invoice, and TradeVoice remembers your preference for next time. This is reference data, not tax advice. Final responsibility for collecting, remitting, and reporting the right tax to the right authority is always yours. Rates and exemptions change — we strongly recommend confirming with a licensed tax professional or your state's department of revenue before relying on a default for a specific job.
